Molly Haris

Real Estate Professional

Top Producer Molly Harris enjoys sharing her love of the Big Island to help buyers find their dream home in Hawai'i. The islands natural charm and spirit of Aloha captured her heart in 1996, as it does so many, and sharing that love of this special place is what makes her work as a real estate agent so rewarding. Molly’s first lessons in real estate were at her father's business in her hometown of Miami, Florida at the famous Doral Country Club and Estates, and at the Old Marsh Golf Club, in Palm Beach, Florida. As a result of her father’s guiding hand, she earned an 8 handicap and was set on a career course as a Realtor.

As a 20+ year real estate and hospitality industry veteran, Molly has represented developers, buyers and sellers on the Big Island of Hawai'i and in Costa Rica at the award-winning Peninsula Papagayo Resort, home to the Four Seasons and Andaz hotels. She also established her own brokerage in Costa Rica representing luxury oceanfront communities and hotel/resort developments.

In 2011, she knew it was time to return home to Hawai'i and joined Venture Sotheby’s International Realty. A consistent company top producer, Molly’s exclusive sales and marketing of The Residences of Laule'a - the newest luxury golf course community in the Mauna Lani Resort, represent her ability to manage start-up development to completion. Deeply connected with the best agents on the neighbor islands and in all of the top markets within the mainland, Molly takes pride in connecting people and coordinating assistance for her clients for a wide variety of needs with proven resources during their transactions and long after closing. You’ll often hear her say, “Big Island, small island”, which is one of the qualities she likes best about living here.

Home and Garden Television Television shows "Live Here, Buy This" and "House Hunters International" have featured Molly showcasing luxury homes and showing buyers the best of the best in Costa Rica and Hawai'i. Molly has been active in various funding-raising events and initiatives for local and global charities including the Hawai'i Community Foundation, Mango Foundation, Giveback Homes, 100 Women Who Care, North Hawaii Hospice and Terraformation – a climate change initiative working to reforest the earth. A graduate of the University of Hawai'i, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets, and living a life of Aloha.
