Formed in November 2014, The Stockton Group (TSG) has closed over $665M in sales, including notable sales such as the 2020 sale of 99 & 100 Vail Road for $57,250,000, which was on the heels of their international sale of 375 Mill Creek Circle for $24,000,000. These two sales have Tye Stockton breaking his own record set in 2018 of the $23,000,000 single-family home sale in Vail, which at the time was the highest selling residential property by a licensed realtor in the Vail Valley’s history.  The Stockton Group’s listings of 2950 Booth Creek Dr. sold for $21.7M, 424 Forest Road sold for $19M and 1109 Vail Valley Drive sold for $17.25M. TSG has represented both the buyer and seller on numerous Vail Valley properties.
