Brooke Maline is an integral part of The Stockton Group as the VP of Operations. Originally from Tempe, Arizona, she began her real estate career in Scottsdale in 2005 before moving to Vail in 2008. In the interim, she also had the privilege of working in both the Aspen and Denver real estate markets. As a Broker Associate, being a part of more than 750 transactions and $1 billion worth of production over the years, Brooke has valuable in-depth knowledge and perspective of the real estate industry.

It is her strict attention to detail coupled with her contract knowledge that allows her to effectively manage multiple listings and transactions at a time. Having a vast understanding of the ins and outs of the complex real estate processes and local real estate market also allows Brooke to successfully oversee and monitor the transaction process, while communicating effectively with all parties involved.

Brooke lives in the valley with her chef husband Steve and their Lagotto Romagnolo Tartufi. She loves the Vail Valley’s small town vibe, gorgeous scenery and endless outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking, SUP, yoga, skiing and snowshoeing.
