Having spent the majority of her professional career working for businesses in hyper-growth mode, Arianna is poised to help propel The Stockton Group to reach new heights. Arianna has excelled in a variety of industries ranging from technology to finance, home remodeling and design to real estate, and because of her diverse background she is able to apply outside-the-box thinking to The Stockton Group’s existing operations.
Arianna spent a decade immersing herself in business development roles and has never shied away from a challenge. Before joining The Stockton Group in 2022 she was a pivotal member of Compass’ business development team. Arianna spearheaded Compass’ entry into San Diego and relocated to Denver in 2019 to grow Compass’ Denver and Boulder markets. During her time as a Growth Manager she personally generated over $2.5B in production for the firm. Arianna continued to expand her footprint at Compass by taking on the Director of Growth role in 2021, where she oversaw all of their growth and expansion efforts in the state of Colorado.
Arianna is originally from New York and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Rochester. She was a collegiate athlete for four years, playing on the women’s soccer team, and has continued to be an avid Premier League fan long after hanging up her cleats. Outside of the office she loves being active; a few of her favorite pastimes include scuba diving, hiking, yoga and skiing. Arianna lives with her fiancé Phillip and their dog Yoshi and recently moved to the Vail Valley. They are excited to experience all of the adventure of living in a mountain area.
