Hola! Que tal soy Abel Medrano, agente inmobiliario con The Stockton Group aqui en Vail, Colorado y les quiero compartir el resumen del segundo cuarto del 2023.

Como todos sabemos, Vail es un lugar espectacular que ofrece muchísimas actividades al aire libre, increible gastronomía y eventos gratuitos todos los días aquí en este pueblito mágico.

Y por todas estas razones, se sigue viendo un mercado muy competitivo aquí en Vail, especialmente en esas propiedades de 3 millones para arriba,  esas propiedades están vendiendo approx. un 30% más rápido.

Por otro lado, hemos tenido un aumento en la cantidad de propiedades disponibles en el mercado, pero también ha disminuido la cantidad de ofertas que hemos estado recibiendo, cual indica que los vendedores estan siendo firmes con sus precios.

En general, las ventas se ven significativas, alrededor de $454M de volumen en ventas. Aunque parezca un numero alto, es approx. un 40% menos de las ventas del 2022.

Amigos, el verano ya esta aqui, la gente comienza a llegar, se comienza a ver un verano muy activo con muchos eventos. Los Farmer’s Market cada domingo, el Jazz Festival aqui en Solaris, The Dance Festival y muchos más. Hello, I'm Abel Medrano, real estate agent with The Stockton Group here in Vail, Colorado and I want to share the summary of the second quarter of 2023.

As we all know, Vail is a spectacular place that offers tons of outdoor activities, incredible cuisine, and free events every day here in this magical little town.

And for all of these reasons, you continue to see a very competitive market here in Vail, especially in those 3 million and up properties, those properties are selling approx. 30% faster.

On the other hand, we have had an increase in the number of properties available on the market, but the number of offers we have been receiving has also decreased, which indicates that sellers are being firm with their prices.

Overall, sales look significant, around $454M in sales volume. Although it seems like a high number, it is approx. 40% less than the sales of 2022.

Friends, summer is here, people are beginning to arrive, a very active summer is beginning to be seen with many events. The Farmer's Market every Sunday, the Jazz Festival here in Solaris, The Dance Festival and many more.
