Real estate in Eagle County continues to move at a rapid pace through the first four months of 2021, nearly doubling the total dollar volume and transactions year to date compared to 2020.
​​​​​​​Total dollar volume in April was $342M with 263 transactions, bringing the year to date totals to $1.1B and 808 transactions. Vacant land has had strong activity this year with 124 sales through April. In comparison, in all of 2019 there were 113 lots sold. The average price of these lots has increased from $323,161 in 2019 to $433,236 in 2021.
The highest price per square foot in April was $2,978 for a condo in Village Center which sold for $3.5M. The overall highest price sale for the month was in Bachelor Gulch, at a price of $10.275M.
