Jon Simpson

Prior to joining Compass in early 2022, Jon began his real estate career at Keller Williams where he benefited from their thorough training and development programs. His background in sales allowed him to quickly create business practices and processes that were scalable and applicable to his budding real estate career.

Before entering into real estate Jon focused his efforts in technology sales. He worked with the Fortune 500 company, Dell Technologies, where he was able to sharpen his business acumen and customer service skills. His work ethic and his appetite for learning led to major success early in his career.

Jon graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a degree in Communication and a minor in Education. Jon grew up in the heart of Avon, steps from Lake Nottingham at the base of Beaver Creek Resort. Like most locals, he lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys being outdoors. You can catch him snowboarding at Beaver Creek, attending many of Vail’s concert series, mountain biking, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the local farmer’s markets.
