Alex had a fast start in the business as a member of the new development sales team for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail. Throughout his career he has been involved with several organizations and boards; he completed a term as the President of The Vail-Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in 2020, he was President of the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) in 2022, and presently he is a director on The VBR Foundation board.
In 2021, Alex was offered the position of Vice President, Managing Broker at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, Vail Valley, a role he held for three years. Coaching and supporting 40+ agents while simultaneously managing a full staff helped Alex hone in on the core elements of the industry. During his tenure, Alex oversaw roughly 800 transactions and over $2 Billion in dollar volume.
While Alex enjoyed his time in management, his passion for selling real estate was not something that he could tame. Alex joins The Stockton Group with over 12 years of experience and direct involvement in $300M+ in sales. He is ready to apply all of his expertise to his clients and to helping them find their own paradise right here in Vail.
Outside of real estate, Alex has served as The President of Radio Free Minturn (2017-2020), was selected as a member of The 2018 Young Professional Power Group and has been involved in other organizations such as The Vail Valley Young Professionals Association, Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance, The Cycle Effect and more.
As a Colorado native, Alex was raised as a skier and frequented the Vail Valley with his family to follow their passions for the outdoor mountain lifestyle. After achieving a Real Estate Degree from Colorado State University he moved straight to his paradise, Vail CO.
Alex lives in Edwards with his wife Suzanne, son Kit, daughter Ava and their dog Boomer. In the rare moments when he's not working you'll find him pursuing his passions for skiing, mountain biking, or any outdoor activity that our valley of bliss has to offer.
