In 1991, Tye Stockton, a former equity options trader on Wall Street for Bear Stearns, decided to trade his financial career for a new life in Vail; a place he had grown to love during his many trips to the Rocky Mountains.
With his new “local” status, Tye quickly embraced the Colorado lifestyle and, in his free time, became an avid telemark skier, fly fisherman, mountain biker/hiker.
As the son of a general contractor in his native, Tallahassee, Florida, Tye soon found himself naturally driven toward the world of real estate. For over ten years, he managed commercial properties in the Vail Valley, including the Vail Professional Building and Cascade Crossings Center, In 2006, Tye brokered the sale of both buildings to the Vail Resorts Development Company, who now has the site slated for the proposed Ever Vail project.

He met his wife, Brielle, in Vail in 1997 and they were married on Jekyll Island, GA, in 2001. They have two boys, Zachary and Ryan.
Drawn to the Rocky Mountain lifestyle over 20 years ago, Tom Dunn is still as excited to be in the Vail Valley today as he was when he first arrived to be a concierge in Beaver Creek. Raised in Galveston, this University of Texas business school graduate remained in the hospitality industry for several years assisting guests achieve the ultimate vacation. Later, switching gears to property management, he launched East West Resorts’ Bachelor Gulch division.
After establishing a high-volume property management portfolio, Tom leveraged his vast market contacts for quick success in sales. Brooke Maline is an integral part of The Stockton Group as its Licensed Assistant. Originally from Tempe, Arizona, she began her real estate career in Scottsdale in 2005 before moving to Vail in 2008. In the interim, she also had the privilege of working in both the Aspen and Denver real estate markets. Brooke also has her Colorado Employing Broker Real Estate License. Being a part of more than 600 transactions and $525 million worth of production over the years, Brooke has valuable in-depth knowledge and perspective of the real estate industry.
