Jen Wanner has spent over a decade immersing herself in all things Real Estate in the Vail Valley. She knows the business inside and out and has worn many hats during her time in RE, everything from being a licensed assistant to brokering many of her own deals throughout the years.
Jen is known for her hustle, grit and long-term vision. Her fierce commitment to client advocacy and her exceptional working knowledge of the Vail Valley gives her clients the upper hand in this ultra-competitive housing market. As a result, Jen has been involved in over $600M dollars of transactions resulting in dozens of satisfied home buyers and sellers every year.
Originally from Duluth, MN, Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO, where she found herself becoming a dedicated weekend warrior, traveling to the mountains every chance she could get. Jen quickly fell in love with the mountain lifestyle and realized her dream of living in the Valley after purchasing her first home in East Vail with her husband, Ben, in the summer of 2001. Between her positive home buying experience and her passion for Vail, she knew that she needed to make a career shift and dive head first into real estate. Jen obtained her her real estate license in 2005 and has never looked back!
Due to her tenure, Jen has experience in many facets of the real estate world such as new developments, spec builds, first-time home buyers and luxury/resort properties. She is dedicated to creating best-case scenarios for her clients, applying tenacity, transparency and patience to each transaction.
In addition to having remarkable real estate experience, Jen is detail-oriented and has built great connections and broker relationships throughout the Valley. Clients know that everything will be taken care of when working with Jen. A local to the Vail Valley of over 20 years, she loves helping her clients gracefully step into the community and find their footing in the mountains.
Jen resides in Edwards with her husband, Ben, two children Ella and Otis, and their rescue dog, Sandy. For her, family is number one! When she is not hard at work you can find her spending time with her family skiing/snowboarding in the winter months and boating and wake surfing during the summer.
