The first unit, a 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 8,507 square foot duplex at 100 Vail Road in Vail sold for $29,750,000. The second unit, a 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 6,525 square foot duplex at 99 Vail Road in Vail sold for $27,500,000.
